Mountain-Style Bean Stew

Steps
- Soak the white beans overnight in water.
- In a large pot, add the soaked beans and cover with fresh water. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
- In a separate pan, heat a little olive oil and add the pork belly. Cook until browned.
- Add the chorizo and morcilla to the pan with the pork belly, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once the beans are tender, add the meat mixture to the pot with the beans.
- Season with salt and pepper, and simmer together for 20 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Serve hot.
