  1. Soak the white beans overnight in water.
  2. In a large pot, add the soaked beans and cover with fresh water. Bring to a boil and simmer until tender, about 1 hour.
  3. In a separate pan, heat a little olive oil and add the pork belly. Cook until browned.
  4. Add the chorizo and morcilla to the pan with the pork belly, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Once the beans are tender, add the meat mixture to the pot with the beans.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer together for 20 minutes to blend the flavors.
  7. Serve hot.
